Our services cover the entire lifecycle of exhaust air treatment systems—from planning and commissioning to maintenance, optimization, and modernization of existing systems. In the area of predictive maintenance, we conduct comprehensive inspections in accordance with DIN 31051 and DIN EN 13306.

These include visual inspections, combustion chamber and burner inspections, checks of air distribution systems and fans, as well as safety and alarm tests. In addition, we prepare detailed inspection reports with specific recommendations for maintenance and spare parts management. Furthermore, we support our customers with troubleshooting, repairs, and the technical and energy-efficiency optimization of existing systems.

Using modern revamp concepts, we adapt older systems to current legal emission requirements while simultaneously increasing energy and cost efficiency. We also take full responsibility for complex projects such as the relocation of entire exhaust air purification systems—from disassembly and transport to reassembly and recommissioning.

In addition, we provide comprehensive technical consulting for construction and expansion projects—from design planning and risk assessment to CE conformity assessment, documentation review, and system acceptance testing. Our experience covers numerous exhaust air purification technologies, including RTO systems, electrostatic precipitators, activated carbon filters, scrubber systems, DeNOx and desulfurization systems, as well as HVAC systems.
